SunTea Canada ("we", "us", or "our") operates the SunTea Canada mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App.

- Approximate Location: If you grant the App location permission, we use your location once to sort SunTea stores by distance — it never leaves your device.
- Push Notification Token: A device identifier issued by Apple (APNs) or Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can deliver in-app campaign notifications. Used only for sending pushes to your device; we do not link it to advertising profiles.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the App's functionality
- To display your rewards points and gift card balance
- To enable online ordering through Toast
- To send promotional offers (with your opt-in consent)
- To improve our services and user experience
3. Data Storage and Security
Your personal information is stored securely on our servers hosted in Canada (Toronto). We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database storage, and access controls.
4. Third-Party Services
Our App integrates with the following third-party services:
- Toast POS: For online ordering and rewards program management. Toast's privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only:
- With Toast POS to facilitate ordering and rewards
